How does the AI classify clauses?
Each clause is evaluated against your risk posture and assigned one of four classifications:
- Hardline Violation — Directly conflicts with your non-negotiable terms. Must be changed.
- Gray Area — Falls in a negotiable zone. May need changes depending on context.
- Possible Give — Acceptable risk. You could concede this point during negotiations.
